This position is located in Regina SK and will operate the organization's warehouses and includes the processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. It is responsible to account for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities and audit goods received into the warehouse. The role oversees receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. This role also ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and the maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:
• Regularly and proactively prepares for support of Operational requirements regarding maintenance plans, outages and emergencies.
• Evaluates and fulfills requests through inventory or new purchases according to demand plan.
• Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
• Ensures effective and client service oriented issuance, delivery and receipt, and reconciliation of inventory materials. Supports shipping preparation and loading/receiving.
• Processes requests and documents (e.g. material master, transfer forms, control number and tags, invoices and/or requisitions) for the purpose of maintaining a computerized inventory of all assets as required by state, federal, administrative regulations and internal controls.
• Manages repair and return of inventory. Maintains Q/A and Q/C documentation/records retention. Obtains and distributes Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) as requested.
• Reconciles discrepancies in records (e.g. physical count versus reported items, purchase orders versus items received, physical location of items, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining a computerized inventory of all assets as required by state, federal, administrative regulations and internal controls.
•Conducts inventory physical count and reconciliation process. Communicates cycle count results. Investigates and facilitates resolution of discrepancies with Area Managers. Prepares gain/lost entry for posting.

The successful candidate will possess:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing and inventory management roles with demonstrated acceptance of responsibility. Pipeline experience is an asset.
•Business, supply chain management and/or financial related post-secondary education would be considered an asset.
• Forklift training/experience as well as experience with warehouse logistics.
• Ability to manage workload priorities and timelines for multiple customers concurrently.
