Learning and Development – Learning Management System Coordinator (18 month contract)

System Administration:

• Acting as system administrator for Learning Management System: a single point of contact for support to other administrators and users of system.
• Validating data in Learning Management System and conducting monthly data integrity audits.
• Ensure configuration and maintenance of training plans and qualifications.
• Publish and maintain competency and evaluation criteria within the LMS.
• Maintain SAP data integration and accuracy of LMS employee records.
• Providing course follow up, invoicing, managing certification records and attendance records within the LMS.
• Communicate with business units to determine reporting needs.
• Responsible for delivering reports for regulatory requirements and others as required.
• Responsible for data integrity of LMS reporting.
• Provide assistance with the Competency programs and reporting.
• Responsible for preparation, delivery and data gathering of employee-partner training survey results for review, measurement and planning.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining contracts for learning and development content vendors.

Learning and development of employee-partners by:

• Maintaining course files and ensuring other learning & development files are up to date.
• Coordinating scheduling and communicating availability of training events to organization.
• Coordinating training events, including participant enrollment, vendor coordination, facilities, materials and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining web site and SharePoint team site content as required.
• Research appropriate vendors and learning resources for compliance and other training. Coordinate vendor training as required.
• Maintain initial vendor research and preliminary testing for purchased e-courses. Manage contract held by L&D (for user training seats).
• Collect and provide comments/feedback/recommendations/concerns from employees in regards to in-house or off-site training and/or programs.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• University/Technical school degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as –a Learning Administrator with solid hands on experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Good working knowledge of Silkroad LMS.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:

• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Time management skills are essential. Experience with LMS and server environments.
• Fundamental understanding of relational databases and IT skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel and creating custom reports with Excel.
